Switzerland hit by 6 cm large hail

Huge Hail the size of chicken eggs Heavy Thunderstorm Showers threw giant hail falling from the sky. In Lausanne in Switzerland reached a hail size as chicken eggs, and reported 'isklumper' up to 6 cm in diameter.

-Also elsewhere in Switzerland reported giant hail of several centimeters. In the southwestern Bavaria - in Landkreis Oberallgäu near the Austrian border - reported even larger hail, but such information is not confirmed. Favorable European affairs Huge Hagler came in the context of very strong thunder rain, which during the day was formed in several places in central Europe.

-The atmospheric conditions - with, among other things, high humidity, high temperatures and strong winds at higher altitudes - has the last few days create ideal conditions for the creation of violent thunder cell over Europe.
